Sponsor Us for the Coastal Walk Challenge

We love a challenge, and raising money. Therefore on Friday 12th June seven of the Colour Print team will be setting off to begin the Coastal Walk Challenge. The hugely popular challenge is to help raise money for the Community Sports Foundation's, Sporting Light Appeal. The charity uses sport to improve the quality of life for those who need it the most in Norfolk. The challenge The Coastal Walk Challenge is a 47 mile walk from Hunstanton to Cromer Pier and is completed in 24 hours. The challenge sees walkers hike day and night to raise money for the Sporting Light Appeal. Last year's challenge was the biggest yet, with over 70 walkers taking part, however, they are looking to have over 100 walkers this year. We will be led by experienced team leaders and a support team, helping us every step of the way. Everyone taking part in the Coast Walk Challenge pays £25 deposit and a minimum fundraising total of £150. We hope to raise this amount or even more via donations from our friends, family and colleagues. What is the Sporting Light Appeal? The Sporting Light Appeal raises money to help disadvantaged people and those with disabilities to experience the benefits of sport. Doing this keeps them active, happy and improve their health and skills for the future. The appeal lets the Community Sports Foundation make a difference to the lives of people we help and their families. It also relies on the time and generosity of the local people and businesses. Money raised from the appeal has helped thousands of people all over Norfolk supporting:

• Downs syndrome football team
• Power wheelchair football team
• Adult day care centres
• Weekly sport activities for disadvantaged young people
• Christmas hampers for the homeless
• Norfolk & Norwich Children's Hospital
