Recently we were part of the Buy Local Showcase at the Forum, Norwich. This was a perfect opportunity for local businesses to exhibit and sell their services and products as well as talking about why we need to keep spending in our local community. As Colour Print is an independent company in Norwich, we understand the importance of keeping things local as it helps local businesses support local jobs and communities.
Buy Local Norfolk
Buy Local Norfolk are a not-for-profit social enterprise which local businesses can become a member of. They organised the showcase at the Forum and have many other upcoming events too. Once you become a member you are added to their directory which includes a wide range of local businesses already. They offer a unique accreditation process for genuinely local businesses in Norfolk, once you have obtained this accreditation you are then authorised to display the Buy Local Norfolk logo within your business. The event at the Forum was a great insight into what local businesses can bring to the local community and was a real success.
Our Business Card Draw Winner
Whilst we were at the showcase we decided to run a business card draw for a chance to win a lovely bottle of champagne. The winner of the bottle of bubbly was
Paul Macro, a highly regarded local landscape photographer. Our Works Manager, Ray Halms got the opportunity to have his photo taken with Paul and we hope he enjoys his winnings!
